On December 5th, Safae Mouftakhir successfully defended her thesis entitled "Development and application of a new generation of surfactants for the engineering of the internal surface of water droplets in oil" in front of a jury composed of Pr Jean-Christophe Baret, Pr Thierry Benvegnu, Pr Mélanie Etheve-Quelquejeu, and Dr. Jean-François Lutz. Congratulations to her and her two co-supervisors, Alain Wagner and Mickael Ryckelynck!
